Celebrating
Art

Support Portsmouth Public Art (SPPA), formed by volunteers in 2010, aims to purchase and install public art, educate citizens, art appreciation, and engage neighborhoods in Portsmouth.

SPPA public art adds cultural, social, and economic value, enhancing community identity and well-being. Our mission encourages participation in the creation and enjoyment of art, making Portsmouth a vibrant place fosters interaction and reflection.

Public art not only beautifies spaces but also enriches lives, proving that everyone has an artist within them.
