WINGS PROJECT

The Wings Project spans the globe, with Portsmouth adding wings to buildings through SPPA. Originating in L.A. in 2012 by artist Collette Miller, the project aims to remind us of our angelic nature. In Portsmouth, you'll find angel, owl,bird wings, and a bi-plane, all designed for photography. Look for them in Olde Tow, Port Norfolk, Hoffler Creek, Churchland, and Midtown, featuring artists like Victoria Weiss and Sueerman.
